My new mobile and its problems

Recently I had purchased a Samsung Grand 2 mobile, and 5 months later I started facing some unusual problems in my mobile like: auto phone restart, phone getting hot, battery issue.
I was not fully aware of which products/parts were actually covered under the Warranty.
It was brought to my notice that Battery & Data Cable have 6 Months warranty.
I asked them at the time of sales when I was buying the product why wasn’t I told about this?

I received different answers to why this problem was recurring. But I was not satisfied with their response as sometimes they said:
* it was a battery issue and,
* then other times its was a software issue.

I am a big fan of Samsung mobiles & I’ve always found their products to be excellent, but after the recent problems with my Samsung mobile I feel disappointing and cheated.
Its frustrating not to use your own phone when it keeps on restarting and having such problems.

Its very strange that such things were unknown/pointless when we using Nokia and Sony phones, we never had to go to the service center.

 

So next time you buy a MOBILE, please ask on the warranty policy and ask them to explain it.

If given the opportunity which new mobile phone would you buy and why??

In the current situation you would be very confused and also shocked with wide variety of options available in the market.

So how do you make you choice??? hmmm….

Let get out thinking caps on and make the best choice, cause  in today’s world MONEY Does MATTER.

So get the BEST value for the product of your choice.

Choice is based on 2 broad aspects and questions:

  1. How much money i am ready to shell for the cell phone
  2. What kind of features i require in my cell phone

Theres is an important rule in this, not:

Don’t you dare take in suggestion from any TOM, DICK and HARRY….#%$#$%#

Or else he/she is really going to share the WORST or BEST information about the handsets tehy have used….

“Be sensible & smart when it comes to buying phones;
Also be a little Mobile Sawy”
